Fixed cost model works best for hiring requirements with a complexity ranging from low to medium. The client involvement and cooperation is at maximum in this model as it requires well understood solutions and fixed working capacity. The risk is minimal for both parties and the project is executed as per the agreement. Any changes / modifications require a standard change request procedure that is employed.
