Opportunity

We are looking for Freelancers in Recruitment Sales / Business Development for our IT / ITES / NON-IT divisions across India. This position will be based on excellent profit sharing basis and not on salary basis.

Following are the details of the job opportunity.

Position : Freelance Recruitment Sales / Business Development Managers. Job Location : Across India - Work from home. Experience : Minmum of 1 Year relevant experience. Education : Preferably any degree.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Significant development of business both local and outstation with the long term business plans in view.
  • Preparation and execution of business plan and develop a large clientele base. Develop business mainly on Skill / Competency basis for both contract and direct placements.
  • Manage activities such as response to enquiries, preparing estimates, proposals and marketing collateral. Manage and develop required marketing / sales tools.
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing business planning and market penetration strategies. Conduct in-depth business estimation, pricing strategy, etc.
  • Evaluation of current market trends and customer requirements and draw up a strategy for services. Follow up with customer accounts to ensure successful completion of services with high level of customer satisfaction
  • Achieve targets set in time with respect to acquisition of new clients both for direct and contract placements.
  • Manage all accounts and support teams with strong partner relationships.
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing strategies regarding Cost, Productivity, CV Response Time (CRT), Targets etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any graduates, preferably MBA / BBM in Sales & Marketing with any diploma in HR.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment Sales in all / one of the areas in IT / ITES / NON-IT Recruitments.
  • Should have good client contacts and should be able to bring in new accounts to the company with respect to RPO and Direct /Contract / CTH placements.
  • Should have high negotiation, convincing and business closing skills. Should be able to quote and finalize rates.
  • Should have good IT / ITES / NON-IT Professionals Database / Contacts and be good in Head Hunting.
  • Should have Excellent Team Management and Client Co-Ordination skills to build excellent rapport with Recruiters / Clients.
  • Should have excellent Writing/Verbal Communication, Personality and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Should have knowledge of IT / ITES / NON-IT Companies, preferably across India.
  • Should have complete knowledge of Recruitment Life Cycle. Knowledge of SDLC will be added advantage.
  • Should have good skill knowledge of respective industries – IT / ITES / NON-IT.
  • Should be analytically good and have good problem solving / cracking skills.
  • Should be aggressive, have urge for learning and interest towards recruitment.
  • Should have commitment & be hard working.

Requirements

  • 10’ X 10’ office space with basic infrastructure (Can operate from home also).
  • PC, preferably laptop and Internet connection.
  • Mobile phone and / or Landline phone.
  • Preferably 2/4 wheeler for commuting to client place.

  • Company Kit consisting of Presentation, Brochure, ID Card, Visiting Cards etc.

Revenue

  • Will be revealed on request

Process

  • BD will be responsible in promoting the business on behalf of company on Freelance basis. BD shall have to establish contact with company HRs in all / any of the areas like IT / ITES / NON-IT and shall present the recruitment services of company. Post to presentation, BD shall sign up agreement and manage account front ending completely. All back end support of recruitment cycle will be provided by company except client handling/managing.
