Opportunity

We are looking for Freelancers in Recruitment to source profiles against requirements for our IT / ITES / NON-IT divisions across India. This position will be based on excellent profit sharing basis and not on salary basis.

Following are the details of the job opportunity.

Position : Freelance Recruiters. Job Location : Across India - Work from home. Experience : Minmum of 1 Year relevant experience. Education : Preferably any degree.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Understanding and Analyzing requirements assigned.
  • Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, Monster etc., & other sources such as Personal database, Headhunting, Reference, professional networking sites etc.
  • Prescreening candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills etc.
  • Submitting confirmed CVs in the format specified to Novo Coordinator.
  • Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates.
  • Follow-ups with candidates till rejection / selection.
  • Building good rapport with Novo Staff and Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in sourcing in all / any of the areas in IT / ITES / NON-IT Recruitments.
  • Should have good skill knowledge of respective industries – IT / ITES / NON-IT.
  • Should have good IT / ITES / NON-IT Professionals Database / Contacts and be good in Head Hunting, networking, references building etc.
  • Should be strong on internet sourcing strategies.
  • Should have excellent coordination skills to build excellent rapport with NOVO IT coordinator.
  • Should have excellent Writing / Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Should have complete knowledge of Recruitment Life Cycle. Knowledge of SDLC will be huge plus.
  • Should be analytically good and have good problem solving / cracking skills.
  • Should be aggressive, have urge for learning and interest towards recruitment.
  • Should have commitment & be hard working.
  • Should have excellent software skills knowledge, preferably from computer back ground.
  • Should have Excellent Analytical skills with good amount of reasoning ability.
  • Should handle work pressure.
  • Should handle complete recruitment cycle starting from screening to closure.
  • Business Development / Client Handling experience is desirable.

Requirements

  • 10’ X 10’ office space with basic infrastructure (Can operate from home also).
  • PC, preferably laptop and Internet connection.
  • Mobile phone and / or Landline phone.
  • Personal candidate database.

Investment

  • Nil except for the above requirements.

Expenses

  • You are NOT eligible to receive any kind of expenses from the Company or can be billed to the Company and vice versa. All such expenses are in-built in the payout as specified in the revenue clause.

Facility by Novo

  • Company official Id for E-mail interaction through Net access.
  • Company infrastructure can be made use by working from our office premises. This will be for only who are selected through interview. This option is available for Bangalore candidates but not limited to outstation candidates as long as one is willing to relocate.

Revenue

  • Will be revealed on request

Model

  • Please remember that this is business opportunity and not employment opportunity. We have enormous requirements and the same is serviced through this model. We are creating opportunity to earn and hence one cannot expect company to bear the expenses. On the other hand expenses incurred by company cannot be passed on to free lancers similarly. Thus the entire model is on profit sharing basis and those who are willing to work on this model need only respond. Those who accept this model will undergo formalities of signing up of an Agreement and then start working on the requirements as per the process, which will be made available.
